TEXAS CLOGGING COUNCIL
EDUCATION STIPEND

PURPOSE:  It is the purpose of the Texas Clogging Council's Education Program to provide financial support to active members possessing leadership merit, special talents, and potential for success.  This stipend is intended as a reimbursement for registrations and related fees from academic or continuing education classes.

FUNDING:  A stipend, amounting to a maximum of $200.00, may be awarded from the Education Account.  There shall be no limit to the number of stipends which may be awarded to a recipient.

TRUSTEES:  The permanent trustees for the Education Stipend Fund shall be the Council's elected officers and the Chairperson of the Education Committee.  These individuals shall comprise the Education Stipend Committee:

ELIGIBILITY:  Applicants must have been a member of the Texas Clogging Council for a minimum of six months prior to the application submittal date.  Any Texas Clogging Council member who is not a full time (less than 12 semester hours) college or university student shall be considered eligible.
